    1. Registration & Payment Terms

    • Registration Amount: USD 100 per guest
      (Non-refundable).

    • Promotional Pricing: Applies to the
      first 25 confirmed guests only.
      Any additional bookings beyond 25 guests will be subject to
      airfare availability and revised pricing at the time of confirmation.

    • Full Payment Deadline: Full payment must be completed
      45 days prior to departure.


      Failure to comply within the stipulated timeline will result in automatic cancellation of the booking without further notice.


    2. Booking Conditions

    • All bookings are non-transferable.

    • No name changes are permitted after booking confirmation.

    • As this is a specially negotiated group package,
      modifications will not be entertained.

    • Any exceptional modification request, if accepted, will be subject to
      applicable charges.


    3. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation before 60 days of departure –
      25% of total package cost.

    • Cancellation before 45 days of departure –
      50% of total package cost.

    • Cancellation before 30 days of departure –
      100% of total package cost.


    Important: All cancellations must be communicated
    in writing.
